Trade & Procurement
SloIvy specifies and purchases furnishings, fixtures, and materials for the projects we develop and the clients we serve on the Central Coast. This page is for the vendors, showrooms, and manufacturer representatives we buy from.
We specify. We purchase. We install.
Procurement at SloIvy sits inside our interiors practice. As designer of record on our own developments and on client engagements, we select and purchase FF&E — furniture, lighting, plumbing fittings, hardware, tile and stone, textiles, and finish materials — for resale to the projects and clients we serve. We are not decorators sourcing occasionally; purchasing is a standing part of how the studio delivers a finished room.
Orders are placed by the studio, in the studio's name, against specific project specifications. We track lead times against construction schedules, receive and inspect through our logistics partners, and stand behind what we place. Vendors who work with us deal with one accountable buyer from quote to punch list.
Because we develop and hold property as well as design for clients, our purchasing is built to recur: a relationship that begins with a single residence is positioned to continue across the portfolio we intend to hold.

Good rooms are built on good sources.
We are always open to vendors, showrooms, workshops, and manufacturer representatives whose line fits the studio's palette — natural materials, honest construction, pieces made to be kept. If you represent furniture, lighting, plumbing, hardware, tile and stone, or textiles and would like SloIvy as a trade account, introduce yourself. Tell us the line, the territory, and the terms; we respond to every serious inquiry.
Our specifications favor makers over volume, and our Central Coast territory — Edna Valley to Morro Bay — rewards vendors who can hold a finish standard and a delivery date. We keep our vendor list short and our orders deliberate.
SloIvy maintains no public retail shop and does not advertise pricing. What we purchase is specified into projects, and your pricing stays where it belongs — between us.
